Who May Nominate a Candidate? LPTW members, international affiliates, and national and international cultural and artistic leaders.
When May You Nominate a Candidate? Anytime between March 15 and June 30, 2016. WE ENCOURAGE SUBMISSIONS WELL AHEAD OF THE 6/30/16 DEADLINE.
What Is Required to Nominate a Candidate? Given that some potential nominees may be in sensitive political or social circumstances, depending on their country or region, you must first inform a candidate that she is going to be nominated. If she agrees to accept the nomination, then you may complete the nomination form (Link to Nomination form).
It is important that the nominator support and work with her nominee to supply all the necessary information (CV, biography, photos, reviews, etc.) on behalf of their application.
How Do You Complete The Nomination Process? The nomination form must be completed. Basic biographical and contact information about the candidate needs to be entered, along with a statement of support by the nominating LPTW member. Supplementary materials (see nomination form for more details) are emailed to InternationalAward@theatrewomen.org.
