During the last school year, the League initiated a program in collaboration with the theater department of the New York City Schools, Paul King, Director, to assist in meeting the curriculum goals established in the recently developed Blueprint for the Arts/Theater. Volunteers are being asked to devote a few hours a semester to sharing their expertise with classroom teachers who may lack practical experience in the diverse theater disciplines which our members represent.
