Biography | JENNY LYN BADER (Playwright) Plays include Mona Lisa Speaks (Core Ensemble); In Flight (NAAA Award Winner, Bridewell Theatre, London); Manhattan Casanova (Hudson Stage), winner of the Edith Oliver Award for comedy (O’Neill Center); Out of Mind (NYU/Strasberg); and None of the Above (New Georges, w/ Alison Pill), which received its international premiere in Montreal in 2013. One-acts include Miss America (NY Int’l Fringe, “Best of Fringe” selection) and Worldness (Humana Festival of New American Plays). She co-authored How We Are Connected: Caribbean (Museo del Barrio, Brooklyn Museum) and co-founded Theatre 167, where she co-wrote all three plays in The Jackson Heights Trilogy as well as I Like to Be Here (New Ohio Theatre) and The Church of Why Not (West End Theatre). Ten of her one-acts are published in Smith & Kraus’ Best 10-Minute Play series. Jenny Lyn wrote both seasons of Watercooler (MSN) and co-wrote He Meant, She Meant (Warner).
